The 90-Day Idea Roadmap

Welcome!  I'm glad you're here.

Before we get into the roadmap, I want to share why I'm here with no makeup on, hair imperfect, no fancy production-level setup.

I'm here, as I am, because this is a come-as-you-are-space - both for you and your ideas. Building an idea is a messy, imperfect, emotional, human process, and the way we work together is built to make room for that.

At the bottom right of your screen, you’ll see a Send Me a Note option. You can use it if something comes up, if you have a question, if you feel stuck, or if you want to talk through what you’re uncovering.

You don’t need to have the perfect words or be able to explain it clearly. Just tell me where you are and what you’re trying to figure out, and I’ll respond as soon as I can.

This space is here to help you think honestly, process everything in real time, and give your idea enough structure to move on it.

So bring the raw version of your idea. Bring the messy thoughts, the tension, the vision, and the questions. That’s what we’ll work with.
before you get started

There are two ways to move through the Roadmap:

Full Roadmap Experience

Follow the guided videos for the deeper context, reflection, and idea-building process behind the roadmap. This is the recommended path if you want to think more deeply about what your idea is, what it could become, and what it may need next.

GPT-Guided Roadmap

Go directly into the Roadmap GPT and choose the Guided Path option. The GPT will move you through the core prompts conversationally and generate your 90-day roadmap and most realistic, aligned first version of your idea from there.

Roadmap Outline

The 90-day Idea Roadmap includes about 1 hour of guided video, and you may want to set aside another 45–60 minutes to pause, reflect, and complete the roadmap work as you move through each section.
You can move through it in one sitting, or break it into smaller sessions. The goal is not to rush. The goal is to think clearly enough to map your idea's full 90-day vision - and extract the realistic, aligned version you can start building in the next 30.
A quick note about the 90 days: No two roadmaps are the same. Some ideas may launch quickly and use the rest of the 90 days to test, refine, and strengthen. Others may need more time to shape, build, and prepare before they move into the world. Your roadmap will reflect what your idea actually needs, in the order it needs it, based on your capacity, resources, and current season. But no matter how your full 90 days unfolds, Section 4 will help you extract the version of your idea you can start building now.
section 1

5 Reasons Why We Hoard Our Ideas & 5 Ways To Stop

Before we map the idea, we’ll look at why bold ideas can stay unbuilt for years, even when they matter deeply to you. This section helps you name the patterns, pressure, and protective instincts that may have kept the idea in your head, so you can start moving it forward with more honesty and intention.
section 2

Why This Work Exists & Why I Lead It

In this section, I’ll share why I lead this work, where The Visionry came from, and why I believe executing our ideas is one of the most powerful ways we create change.
I'd love to stay connected as your idea keeps unfolding! Come find me @DeAnnaJMcIntosh on LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, Tiktok, and Substack.
A quick note about me and social media: you won’t find me posting every day. I spend a lot of my time in real conversations, in-person spaces, and deep client work. But when I do share, I aim to make it intentional, useful, and worth your time.

The Idea to Asset Model

Now, we'll walk through the phases your idea moves through from idea to built, so you can see the bigger path your idea will move through in this roadmapping session.

Choose Your Roadmap Path and One Idea

You will choose either the notebook path or the guided path option.

If you choose the guided path, you have 3 options:

Option 1: Workbook only
Complete the workbook on your own, then use your responses to create your 90-day roadmap, Resource Bridge, and determine the first version of your idea to execute.
Option 2: Workbook + GPT
Complete the workbook first, then upload it to the GPT so it can help turn your responses into your 90-day roadmap, Resource Bridge, and first version of your idea to execute.
Option 3: GPT-guided Roadmap
Use the custom GPT to move through the roadmap prompts question by question. You can type or talk your thoughts out, brain-dump what’s in your head, and let the GPT help organize your responses into a clear 90-day roadmap, Resource Bridge, and first version of your idea to execute.

A quick note about ChatGPT access
This roadmap experience can be completed on the free ChatGPT plan, but because it is a deeper guided exercise, you may have the smoothest experience with a paid ChatGPT plan.

Free accounts may run into message, upload, or tool limits before the roadmap is complete. To help with this, the GPT will ask you a few times throughout the process if you want to create a roadmap backup file.I highly recommend saying yes when prompted, so you have a copy of your work in case you need to pause, hit a usage limit, or come back later.
A quick note about your Roadmap GPT access
The GPT password may change periodically to keep access protected, so this page will always be your home base.

Any time you want to come back and use the GPT, return here first to reference the most current password.

After you use the GPT, it may not always appear in your GPT list on the mobile app. For the easiest access, come back to this page and use the GPT link from here.

Workshopping Your Idea Through The Model

This is where we work your idea through the Vision, Shape, and Build phases so your roadmap is grounded in what the idea actually is, what first version makes sense, and what needs to be built next.
There will be a series of questions per phase of the model. You'll answer each question one at a time, so feel free to pause the video as you take your time and work through them.

If you've chosen the Workbook-guided path, you'll complete this section entirely in your workbook.

If you've chosen the GPT-guided path, click Get Started in the GPT to begin this same roadmapping process, completely guided by the GPT.

*After The Vision Phase work, there's an optional bonus section in your workbook and in the GPT that guides you through why you're uniquely positioned to do this work*

section 3, Part 4

Creating Your 90-Day Idea Roadmap

This is where we turn everything you’ve worked through into your 90-day roadmap.
Now that you’ve moved through the Vision, Shape, and Build phases, you’ll use those pieces to decide what needs to happen first, what comes next, what can wait, and how much time each part realistically needs.

This roadmap isn't about hitting a launch date. It's about mapping what your idea actually needs, in the order it needs it - so when you get to your Resource Bridge in the next section, you know exactly which version is ready to move on now, and what the rest of the 90 days is for.

If you're using the Workbook Only path, you'll replace the Xs in each phase with your best estimate of how many days that phase will take for your idea.

If you're using the Workbook + GPT path, click Get Started in the GPT and choose the upload path to upload your workbook so it will generate your 90-day roadmap and the resource bridge, which we cover in the next video.

Take your time here. The goal is not to map every possible task into the next 90 days.

The goal is to create a clear, high-level path your idea can actually move through.

If this part starts to feel overwhelming, click the Send Me A Note widget on this page. Just tell me where you’re getting stuck, and we can think through it from there.

section 4

Your Resource Bridge & Your Most Realistic, Aligned First Version

This is where your idea meets your real life.
The Resource Bridge helps you look at what your idea needs vs what you already have, and what gaps exist.
But I need you to hear me clearly: the gaps do not mean your idea is impossible.
This work is NOT proof that you should stop or shrink your vision. This work IS information to shape the first version of your idea in a way that actually fits your life, current capacity, and resources.

You do not need every resource, every connection, every dollar, or every answer to begin. You need to know what you’re working with, what needs to be solved for, and what version of your idea can move forward from here.

So if this part of the work brings up doubt, discouragement, or a “maybe I don’t have enough” feeling, click the Send Me A Note widget on this page. You do not have to figure this out alone.

Sometimes the thing that looks like a wall is actually just a place where your idea needs a different door.

Your Most Realistic & Aligned Version is the version of your idea that makes the most sense for you to pursue first, based on your current time, resources, and capacity.
section 5:

What Happens Next

You did it!!!!
You took the steps to get the idea out of your head, think through what it actually is, map it across the next 90 days, and shape your most realistic, aligned first version.

YOU created momentum.
YOU took action behind your idea.
What's left now is to move the first version of your idea into execution.
Section 5 • 1:37
I'd love to hear where you landed!
Don't worry about whether it all makes sense yet or if you aren't 100% confident in what you have.
Just start with where you are.
Use the Send Me a Note option on the bottom right of your screen (refresh the page for it to reappear if needed) to share what came out of this process for you, what still feels unclear, or where you think you may need support next.
If this process helped you realize you may want 1:1 support building or executing your idea beyond the roadmap, click the button below to Book Your Roadmap To Reality Review.

We will look at what you mapped, talk through what you’re building, and explore whether continuing to work together inside The Visionry makes sense for where your idea is now.
