I need to tell you about the moment this work became my mission.

I was walking through a graveyard at a funeral - and a thought hit me so hard it stopped me mid-step.
‍How many ideas are buried here? How many people left this world with something still inside them? A business they kept putting off. A movement they almost started. An idea that could have changed something - for them, for their family, for someone they never even met.
That thought never left me. And it became the reason I refuse to let people stay stuck in the gap between having an idea and actually doing something with it.
I've spent my entire career taking ideas that didn't exist yet and making them tangible.
I launched a million dollar no iron linen collection at Chico's - first to market, still generating revenue fourteen years later. Built a curated bridal show from scratch that expanded to three cities one year later. Launched a nonprofit after George Floyd's murder to hold retailers accountable for real change. Designed a retail concept that was acquired by Dolly Parton a year after launch. These are just a few examples of many ideas I've executed.

I've managed billions in revenue at Fortune-ranking companies and helped bootstrapped startups find their footing from zero. I hold a graduate certificate in creativity and innovation, am obtaining my master's degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and I draw from over 100 brainstorming and creativity techniques in our work together - so this isn't just a conversation. There's a deep methodology behind every question I ask.
