THE vision immersion day

Your vision is your most powerful asset.

The bold ideas you bring to life are how the world feels its impact.

You've given so much of yourself to what already exists.
Give yourself a day to explore what could.

Step outside your everyday and reconnect with your vision - for your life, your work, or the business you've built.

In this private, in-person experience, DeAnna McIntosh draws out that vision and maps the possibilities with you. You'll leave with your Vision-to-Idea Map: your vision clear, your personal opportunities pipeline full of ideas worth exploring, and your most promising bold idea - turned into a concept together - ready to build.
Based in Atlanta. Curated for you here or in another city by arrangement.
creating room for your vision

There are things you can't think through while answering to everyone (and everything) else.

What have you been wanting room to think about?

An idea that keeps showing up in unrelated conversations and random moments.
The business you've built - and whether it still reflects what you want to create.
You could be in the middle of a transition, wondering what you want your experience, energy and impact to contribute to now.

Your vision may be so clear you could talk about it for hours. Or you may have many different pieces of one: things you've been noticing, questions you keep asking, just a sense that something meaningful is asking for some of your attention.
Or you might just miss being naturally curious without having to turn every thought into a priority with a ROI and revenue forecast attached.
The vision immersion day gives that part of you undivided attention.
It gives you the room to talk and brainstorm for as long as you need. To notice something you would usually walk past because you'll be fully present in the moment. Uninterrupted space to follow a thought before deciding whether it belongs in a strategic plan. Time to explore what you want before immediately shrinking it to fit your calendar.

And you have someone there doing that work with you - asking, connecting, mapping, and developing what starts to emerge.

By the end, you have a clearer picture of where you want to go, and a first idea to explore in that new direction.

Meet DeAnna McIntosh

Hi! I'm DeAnna McIntosh, founder of The Visionry. My work is built from both sides of my experience: more than a decade as a founder and small business owner, and a 16+ year corporate career leading strategy, innovation, and execution across Fortune 500 companies.

But my experience has never lived neatly inside one lane.

I’ve worked across merchandising, sourcing, product development, innovation, operations, creative direction, event production and entrepreneurship - and that range is exactly what lets me follow your vision wherever it actually leads, instead of forcing it to fit whichever function I happen to specialize in.

I bring the creative eye from my background in fashion and retail, and the analytical rigor from managing multi-billion-dollar merchandise departments and managing my own P&L. That mix allows me to have the vision and foresight to see both what is possible and the granular detail of what it will actually take to make it work.

During your Immersion Day, I'm listening for the connections between what you care about, what you've lived and learned, and what you keep noticing. I ask questions that draw out more of the picture, map what I'm seeing, and develop possibilities with you.

We might discover that several ideas you always thought were random and unrelated, actually connect to the same vision. Or that the part of an idea you care about most, could take a new innovative form you haven't considered yet.

Then we give that possibility enough shape to explore: who it's for, what it could offer, why it matters, and what's left to figure out.

I’m a mom of two, a wife, a daughter, a founder, and a person with a full life outside of my work - so I understand how much your energy, your capacity, and the life you're actually living factor into what's realistic to pursue. Your day is built around incorporating all of that, not just the idea itself.

Your ambition and goals belong in our conversation. So do your capacity, your energy, and the life and impact you want your work to make possible.

I've built what didn't exist yet.

man's hand is in his pocket
I’ve asked “What if?” a lot in my career. Here are a few of the places it led me.

$117M Business

Created the first-to-market No-Iron Linen category.
Turned an untapped opportunity inside a stagnant $117M business into a new product category and revenue stream that continues generating sales 14+ years later.

10% GROWTH

Rebuilt the strategy and operations of a $60M business.
Restructured how the business planned, prioritized, and executed its work, increasing alignment and productivity across the business while driving 10% sales growth.

3 CITIES. 1 YEAR.

Created and scaled a bridal show across three markets.
Built the concept from the ground up, leading the strategy, partnerships, marketing, experience, and production before expanding it across three cities within one year.

A FORTUNE 500 FIRST

Challenged “business as usual” to build what hadn’t been done before.
Created and launched the company’s first model for bringing local small businesses into its stores, connecting an entrepreneurial idea across the people, processes, and systems of a Fortune 500 organization to make it executable.
That's what I bring to your day: someone who can think bigger and bolder possibilities with you - and also know what it would actually take to build it.
space for your vision to expand

What we can explore together:

Discover what your next chapter could hold.
A transition can bring questions about what you want to create, contribute, or experience next. We draw on your interests, lived experience, and ambitions to explore what's most meaningful and impactful for you to pursue.
Give your impact its first form.
You may know the impact you want to have without knowing whether it becomes a program, business, service, creative project, or something else. We explore those forms together and begin developing one.
Reimagine where your business could go.
You can be proud of what you've built and still want it to become something different. We explore the vision you hold now, and the offers, experiences, or changes that could express it, and how the current business can evolve to support it.
Find the connection between your ideas.
When several ideas matter to you, choosing one can feel like leaving something important behind. We map how they relate and identify a direction to explore, while keeping the others inside your personal opportunities pipeline we'll build together.
You don't need a perfectly explained idea or an established business.
You just need a willingness to explore everything that matters to you.
Come as you are, with what you have.

Before We Meet

You’ll know what you’re making room for.
Share what you want to explore, your preferred city, and possible dates. I’ll ask a few questions about your interests and what would make the experience comfortable and meaningful for you.

From there, I’ll put together a proposed itinerary and confirm the setting, creative experience, timing, what’s included, and total investment - all before you commit.

Once you reserve your day, we’ll go deeper into what you’re bringing to it. You can share thoughts, voice notes, or relevant materials so I arrive ready to explore and vision map with you.

Before the day, you'll receive a simple itinerary - where to meet, when we'll finish, what to bring, and how the details are handled. We'll have a backup in case weather or a venue changes, too.

Your Immersion Day

Approximately six hours together, usually 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. local time, including lunch and breaks. We explore your vision, then give it shape.

Draw out the bigger picture. We start with a conversation that has room to grow. What do you want to create, experience, or change? What matters about it? What do you want your work - or your business - to make possible? As you talk, I map what I'm hearing: ambitions, recurring themes, connections, and questions to answer during our time together.

Bring something new into the conversation. We step into a creative experience or field visit chosen around you - art, design, making, a place, or an experience that gives us a different way to look at your questions. Fresh surroundings can surface something we wouldn't have thought to ask about from across a table.

Develop the possibilities. We bring what we noticed back to your vision and begin building your personal opportunities pipeline. Who might it serve? What could someone experience through it? Why does it matter to you? What would pursuing it ask of you in time, resources, and support?

Choose a direction and shape a first concept. We identify the direction you want to explore now, and an idea within it. Then we develop its initial concept - what it could be, who it could serve, the value it could create, and what still needs answering.

Decide how to explore it in the real world. We identify a practical first move for your idea and what it should help you learn - a conversation to have, a small version to test, a question to investigate. You leave knowing exactly what you're exploring and how to take it further.

What Leaves With You

Your Vision-to-Idea Map
We build this together throughout the day - it captures your thinking as it develops, so you can see how your vision connects to what surfaced during the day, and why you end up chosing a particular direction.
Your vision, articulated. A clearer expression of what you want to create, contribute, or change - in language that feels like yours.
Your personal opportunities pipeline. The meaningful ideas we uncover, with enough context to remember why we saved them: what each could become, why it matters, and whether to explore it now or hold it for later.
Your most promising idea, turned into a concept. The direction you're choosing to pursue, shaped into an actual concept - what it could be, who it could serve, the value it could offer, and what's left to figure out.
A practical next move. An experiment, conversation, or decision that helps you explore the idea further, and what you want it to show you.
For a founder, this can connect a renewed vision for the business to a first offer, experience, or initiative to start developing.

For someone building something of their own, it can give a long-awaited dream its first recognizable form. Your map is yours to keep, refine, and take forward - whether or not we continue working together.
a note from a past strategy client
“DeAnna is a genius at creating and sharing the MOST useful documents that have completely re-defined how I manage the business day-to-day and make all decisions.”

your immersion day location

The location is part of the experience itself.

I'm based in Atlanta. You're welcome to meet me here, or if you'd like the experience in your city or another destination (international locations welcome), tell me where you have in mind.

We'll look at availability, travel, what would make a meaningful day there, and the full investment, before you book.

A destination request needs its own planning and availability confirmation - an open Atlanta date doesn't automatically include travel.

In Their Words

Chizi U.
Tech Founder
“DeAnna's refining of our pitch deck and developing of our ability to speak clearly on the impact of our solution helped us raise $120K shortly afterwards. The depth and breadth of her knowledge shocked us a few times, and to back it up she was able to provide targeted connections to individuals within her network. Our institutional investors made a pointed remark on her involvement with us; it strengthened their investment rationale in our company.”
Stephanie H.
Career Development Coach
“Where can I start? DeAnna and her team are incredible.  They are responsive, kind, knowledgeable. They worked with me through my indecision. This was my first re-brand, and at many points, I didn't know what I wanted to how to communicate it.  This may sound strange, but I believe they saw my brand clearer than I did. I am beyond happy with the experience. Truly grateful I invested!”

Reserve Your Vision Immersion Day

Share what you want to explore during our day, your preferred city, and date. Within 3 business days, you’ll receive your proposed itinerary, total investment, agreement, and your personal reservation booking link.

The immersion day opens the possibilities.
You decide what happens next.

After the Vision Immersion Day, you can take the work forward on your own. The day is a complete experience, with a vision, possibilities, and an initial concept you can continue developing.

If you'd like to keep working together, there are two ways.
Ready to build the idea?
In the 30-Day Idea Build Sprint, we choose a realistic first version and agree on what we'll build and launch together. Hands-on, collaborative Idea Build Sprints start at $3,800. There's also a guided option, where I coach you through the build instead of building it with you directly. We start with a conversation, then I send your customized sprint plan and investment.
Want to keep developing and exploring possibilities?
The Future-Building Partnership keeps the visioning going - ongoing exploration, fresh field trips and experiences to spark new thinking, and help translating what's happening in your industry into strategy you can actually act on. We keep developing your opportunities pipeline, get clearer on what's worth pursuing, and decide together what deserves to be built next. When something's ready, we can move into a Sprint or a custom project to bring it to life.

I can vision with you. I can also build what we find - together, whenever you're ready for that part.

FAQ

A few things you may be wondering:
What if I don't have a business - is this a good fit?

Yes, absolutely. Bring a creative ambition, a community idea, a possible venture, or just the questions you're sitting with about what you want to pursue. Your experience and interests are enough material to start with - you don't need anything more than that.

What if I already have a business - is this still for me?

Yes, definitely. We can explore where you want it to go next, what in the business isn't aligned with the vision you're developing, or a new offer, experience, or direction you've been thinking about. Whatever it is, we will connect it to an initial idea to develop.

What if I can't clearly explain my vision yet?

That's totally ok because that's the actual work we do together. Bring the pieces you have: the things you notice, the questions you keep asking, the feeling that something's trying to surface. I'll ask the questions that draw the rest of it out, map the connections, and help you find the words for what you're already seeing but maybe haven't said out loud yet.

Will I leave with an idea to move forward with?

Yes! We work toward a real idea - shaped into a concept - within the direction you choose.  The concept defines what it could become, who it might serve, why it matters, and what's still worth figuring out. Where any questions remain, we identify what needs exploring and how you can take it further.

What's the difference between the Think-Through Session and the Immersion Day?

The Think-Through is a focused 60-minute conversation about one idea, question, or decision. The Immersion gives us a full day to go further - to draw out your bigger vision, map what's possible, bring in a fresh experience to think with, and actually shape a direction and a concept together. If what you're envisioning is bigger than one hour can hold, this immersion day is where your vision gets room to breathe.

Will we build or launch the idea that day?

The day is where the idea gets its shape - the vision mapped, the possibilities developed, the concept built out enough to start moving on. Building and launching it fully is its own separate stretch of work, and if you're ready for that, the 30-Day Idea Build Sprint picks up exactly where our day together leaves off.

What if I can't walk between locations, or don't want to do a specific activity?

I plan the day around your interests, your access needs, your comfort, and what will actually help your thinking. Any walking is minimal, and if transportation is needed to get somewhere, I cover that cost.

Can someone else join me?

The standard day is intentionally private, just the two of us, since the depth of this works best one-on-one. If you'd like to bring a cofounder or partner, let's talk about it so we can shape the day and the investment around that.

What does the Vision Immersion investment include?

Your $2,200 investment covers personal planning and facilitation, a working space, one curated creative experience or field trip, lunch, your finished Vision-to-Idea Map, and a post-day follow up call. A destination outside Atlanta, or a specially requested experience, is quoted separately.

How do I keep working with you afterward?

Your map and everything we build that day are yours. You can take them and run with them on your own, or if you'd rather keep exploring possibilities together, you can move into a Future-Building Partnership. If you're ready to build your idea, you can launch an Idea Build Sprint.

Still have a question that's not here?
Some things are easier to just ask. Reach out! I'd love to talk it through with you.
Email me at deanna@thevisionry.com, or text / call 575-573-8245.

What have you wanted uninterrupted time to think about?

The idea you keep returning to. The possibility you haven’t explored. What you want your life, your work, or the business you’ve built to become.

Let’s take a day to explore it.
